Nigeria's Super Falcons are set to arrive in Casablanca on Friday as they continue preparations for their quarter-final showdown against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon at the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

The highly anticipated last-eight encounter will be played at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled for 6 p.m. Nigerian time.

Before departing Rabat, the defending champions held a training session on Friday morning at the ASFAR Training Centre as head coach Justine Madugu fine-tuned his team's preparations for the decisive fixture.

Should the Super Falcons overcome Cameroon to reach the semi-finals, they will return to Rabat, where they will face either tournament hosts Morocco's Atlas Lionesses or South Africa's Banyana Banyana.

Nigeria played all three of its Group C matches in Rabat, taking on Malawi, Zambia and Egypt during the group stage.

The Super Falcons advanced to the knockout stage after finishing second in the group behind Malawi's Scorchers.

Cameroon, meanwhile, secured top spot in Group D with seven points, finishing ahead of Ghana's Black Queens to book their place in the quarter-finals.
