OMPAN Celebrates Don Lulu on Birthday, Praises Commitment to Media Development

The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN), Abia State Chapter, has extended warm birthday wishes to its Patron and Coordinator of the Abia City Boy Movement, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, popularly known as Don Lulu.
