Ivy Ifeoma, wife of Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, has responded to speculation surrounding her marriage and financial status.

In a video shared on her TikTok page, she advised young women not to make marrying a wealthy man their main life goal.

She explained that while marrying into wealth can open opportunities, women should focus on building their own financial independence.

Ifeoma also addressed rumours suggesting she married Paul Okoye because of his wealth and their age difference, insisting she was already a millionaire before meeting him.

According to her, marriage should not be based on a partner’s financial status, adding that money belongs to the individual who earns it.

She noted that although marrying a wealthy partner can be beneficial, it should only be seen as an added advantage rather than a primary goal.

Ifeoma further encouraged women to invest in themselves, stating that wealthy individuals are often attracted to ambitious and hardworking partners.
