The Deputy Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Chief Dr. Sam Anya, popularly known as Akaekpuchiowa, describing him as an outstanding gentleman whose life reflects humility, integrity and selfless service.
